Advice, help needed: Bumpy ride on my GE6 08Fit

Greetings peeps. Urgently need advice on subject matter. The bumps are quite bad on my previous lowered springs. It feels worse now even after upgrading to a GAB SS coilover (height & damp adjustable). Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks.

Coilover does make the ride harsher.
How bad it becomes depends on the spring rate.

Thanks for the input. But are there any suggestions to improve the comfortability? Will struts / rim / tyre change help?

Use high profile tires. 195/55/15 or 185/65/15 if ur on 15inch. Helps alot. Tire pressure 220kpa.
