Are the air con panel lights suppose to be there?

Hey fellow SHC. I am driving a 2009 May honda civic. I was just wondering if the aircon panel suppose to be lighted up with I on my head lights? I realize that only the AC botton is lighted up. I can't remember if the rest of the buttons are suppose to be lighted up. I think the audio guy could have pull out something aciidentally when I install the poineer DVD player which is just above the aorcon control panel. Can anyone advice?

Yes it should have light. Might be lose connection or blown bulb.
