Help on CL7a 2007

Getting a CL7A 2007 model. the mileage on the car is 87,000km fully stock.

1st question : what should i take note of in term of servicing?

2nd : Can i still change a lowering spring on the suspension?

3rd : what is the suitable offset for 17" wheel for the ride?

1 more last question : my of the tailight is damage.. when can i do a replacementon that.. looking for a 2nd hand taillight and also the front left head headlight contain water droplet, how shld i do about it...
