Aircon Control Issues

Hi Techical experts,

I am driving a Honda Accord JDM 2005.

Having the followings air con controls issue

A) Unable to increase fan speed ( Can lower but cant increase)

B) Unable to Off the Aircon

C) Air con mode button not working.

Please kindly advise what can be done and who can kindly assist.

Aircon control spoil...
or aircon fuse broken...not too sure if have one..
just go to a aircon shop to check out..
