Dilemma over honda civic headlights

Mine is a honda esi 4 dr but my front bumper is 3dr.

Found out that my headlights one side is glass, the other side is plastic.

No wonder the lighting is uneven.

So planning to get new headlights but confused over 4dr headlights or 3dr headlights.

One of them told me the wiring for 3dr and 4dr is different also. Is it true?

Need advice urgently. Cheers

The wiring is the same. That goes the same for headlight on 3/ 4drs esi.
The only difference is the corner.
