Hi guys, have a few queries on the a.m as im in the process of getting a resale unit.
1. Hw do i differentiate the Euro fm the JDM?? Looking at the engine code JDM should be using K24A rite?? Speedo only till 180km/h??? anything else that cn help differentiate easily??
2. Hw much was an Apr 09 JDM accord(EU) brand new?? Hw much is the COE/OMV??
3. Hw much is a reasonable price to pay for it nw(exactly 1 yr old)??
4. Hw is the fuel consumption if my normal driving patterns are 80% city, 20% highway??
5. Does the JDM model have the same engine pinging problem the Aust/NZ model has???
6. What is the offset for the rims?? If i have a set of rims, size 7.5jj with offset of 48, will it fit nicely or do i have to use spacers???

JDM VIN will be CU2xxxxx
Export CU2 VIN be JHMCU2xxxxx
JDM engine is a K24A (If I recall correctly), Export is K24Z3.

SGCarMart sells 1yo CU2 for betw 100-108k. I guess the prices are pretty high at the moment.
Keen on mine?Might want to sell it at around 95k (May09) pretty stock though.

Probably looking at around 10-12L per 100 KM. I do around 50-50 and get 9-10L per 100KM.

Havent heard any complaints from JDM ones yet. The export models such as the Acura TSX & NZ Accord have the problem. I understand MBM is implementing the fix for affected owners who have warranty with them.
