when need to change timing belt

does anyone know when or where to change timing belt? if the timing snap, will it hurt the engine? any garage to recommend for servicing? :wink:
Can my civic be as sweet as a strawberry...

Wat car are you driving?
Norm is to change at 80k km
Some cars are using timing chain though
