HELP:Emanage blue error code

my situation like this:-

i bought used emanage.i not yet wiring into my car.i try put power only and other wire not wiring at the emanage and try download map at home using desktop.1st time connection all ok...try download recent map in it into my pc...when downloading process my power supply interrupt cos some wire loose....then i try do it again....since that happen i cant download the map....the ACTIVE led red to orange to green and it continue blinking.

what the error mean?
how to reset the emanage?(already off and on power still same)

anybody bro there can advise?

what is the situation when u were transferring data?
how did u power the emanage when not in car. what cable were u using to communicate? were u transferring data to emanage FROM PC or transferring from pc TO EMANAGE?

u might have corrupted the firmware in it with partial programming.

process downloading and progress bar nearly half than power off happen

im using external power supply 12V that u can buy any electrical shop

what cable were u using to communicate?
fyi im diy the cable learn and make in from net.cable not the issue bcos it working successfully,downloading process already happen

hahaha diy cable liao ... means you technical enough ler. now maybe u can locate eprom in your emanage that holds the firmware. EPROM chips are quite obvious as they usually have many legs. once u locate that chip, tell me if its surface mounted or DIP type and i will see if i have a programmer that can program tht chip in a raw manner. using emanage program to flashit back might not be possible as the emanage not 'talking' to your pc anymore. Unless someone knowse of a 'safe mode' or 'emergency' flash mode for emanage blues.

==> link up the EMU to your notebook and perform the firmware update... be very careful because if u screw up the data communication again, u might just lost the EMB totally...
