How to remove soundproof material ?

i just bought a preown car.

then relise that the ex owner have soundproof every door fender boot and even the roof of the car..

i have intension to remove all the soundproof sheets.
any bro have recommendations where can do it and what is the cost?
what are the methods to remove it ?

First question, why do you want to remove it for?
SP greatly reduces the noise and since the owner even do the fender, even better..
Removing SP is one of the hardest things to do...
It also cost quite a fair bit to do so since your car has it, be happy la...it's only little heavy, not that bad la...

There's only one way of removing that i tried to last time, using a heat gun (those they use for solar film), heat the SP material until it's hot enough to peel off...but be careful, must wear gloves because SP material is made of bitumen which is oil...hot oil can burn your hand....though heating it makes it easier to remove...it is STILL a pain in the butt to remove...not worth the effort really.

Since the previous owner installed it by all means juz keep it for SP lo,unless u juz wana reduce some weight, but it dun reli weigh much too.

i went to the installer previously.
estimate is 80-100kg difference...

that heavy bro,i done my SP the 2nd day after i collect my car. is a big big mistake to put SP on my car.but since spend liao so i just leave it.

but tho u feel very noise in side yr car?
