ek3 gearbox oil leaking

wat could be the problem?repair?change gearbox? ek3 can use esi gearbox?

not very sure ,bottom oily.

Common place for leakage :
- oil drain and refiller plug
- Drive shaft oil seal (left and right)
Sometimes, a leaky engine (esp the oil pan) may also cause the gearbox bottom to look oily.
