last time also dunno take the old brand or try new brand till my friend ask me. "Why do u think K&N is ard for so long? It might not be the best, but u'll definately not go wrong wid it."

you cannot go wrong with both the price and quality of K&N.

it might not be the best filter around, might not have the most striking designs like CF heatshield or red powder coated pipings to plus bragging rights points.

but if you ask me, it's the best because K&N always gives you more than the bang for your buck.

thanks brother. Lately service my FD1 at KM. They say filter dirty (last change 48,000, now 61000km) & will cost $65 + GST.

told them to put it back. Rather top up to buy better filter & last longer than a stupid $65 paper filter. Only thing is worry K&N need to oil or special cleaning.

Previously got use K&N drop in filter for my car's airbox. I got it for 80+.
I change it aft 1 yr. Didnt clean or re-oil it. Just dump it off n got a new one.
Guys may think its wasteful. But the labour to clean n the cost of the K&N oil isnt cheap either.
So rather den gg thru the hassles, just change lor. anyway its once a YEAR. So cost is ard $7 per mth.

cleaning only after like 50k. you don't clean it also can run fine.
