how to improve FC for my civic Lsi??

hi, i just bot a 92' Civic Lsi auto and i am pumping Caltex 95ron petrol and i am getting poor FC like 7-9km/litre.

May i know wat i can do to improve the FC? any good reliable garages that specialise in servicing civic??

hope all the experienced Esi and lsi owners can share their experiences here. thanks a million!!
