hi all bro/sis here. i have a problem here. i had read thru some website which state that afc neo cannot control i-vtec.issit true. I am now thinking whether to install a VAFC II or AFC NEO in my GE fit.Please help with some advice

Yes.... as stated in Apexi's webby, AFC Neo cannot control i-Vtec... :) :)
