Engine Check Light. Abnormal to be on all the time. Under usual circumstances, it indicates a problem. Pls send to a workshop for diagnosis.

Thanks bro..

i found a way to solve the problem.. but im not sure if its really solved.

upon insertion of key.. there will be three "stages" .. engine will start at the third stage. at the second stage, the equiptment running on electricity will start up.. at this point .. the engine indicator (as above) will light up .. the rest will stay unlit. it will hold for about 2 seconds.. and it will shut off itself.. at this point i turn my key fully and the engine starts : ) and the engine indicator light stays off.. now.. is that normal? or should i still get it checked?

it could be electrical problem
but go down to a workshop and ask them to scan the car via the OBDII port
to confirm its electrical or mechnical
