i have started another thread for those interested to get the Gen 8 CP and for owners to contribute to their views on their respective CPs.

please take a look and hopefully you can contribute so that more people can be informed of the Gen 8 KAH CP.

If it is 2.4, then it is really a steal...cos only 5 months old. But, I wonder y the owner had to sell so fast?
Hi all, Confirmed it's a CP2

Now new CP1 from KH is about 93,900. But this used CP2 is 92,000 (If new CPS will be $100,900)

Good deal 8)

Just a quick check with the CPx bros here regarding the stereo setup in your CPx.

I've experienced some oddities with Gold 90.5. I set the BASS (+1) and TREBLE (+2). Sometimes while driving, the high frequency sound (ie Treble) can sometimes fade out, giving a muffled sound. But it only happens on GOld 90.5.

I do not experience this Treble-Disappearing Act while playing a CD.

Hmmmmmmmmm

robert,

what is your setting for the "SW mode"? there's low, mid and high. this corresponds to your style of driving. high volume = high rev/speed/road noise and so on.

I set it to OFF.

I get that loss of treble even at traffic lights (RED).

Yes, it is darkish grey interior, not black. I keep remembering it as black interior, maybe due to my mental comparison with the beige interior. I had no idea that it is only 2 weeks SE lock-in. 5 years ago, a KM SE told me that it is 3 months lock-in. Maybe i was mis-informed from that point onwards.

JTIS,

SE k only lock u for maximum 2 weeks once you test drive with him/her. After that, u can proceed to buy from SE. But since he already accomodated yr 3rd testing, fair to give him business la...

Btw, black exterior comes in black leather interior, where do u find grey interior?

Thx

how about other channels? if the rest are ok, then it's the radio station and not your stereo setup.

Yeah - I figured that - probably with Gold 90.5. Other channels sounded OK. What about you?

BTW - I saw a Black CP3 driving along the ECP around towards Changi Airport, SFD xxxx X. Twin exhausts.

CP3?? could it be the boss of KAH going on a private holiday? i've not seen a CP3 on the roads before.

my audio's perfect except for the ocassional "tic-tac" sound from my rear which i believe some plastics not properly secured. will get that fixed this week when i send in the car for servicing...

someone wanted to do up the twin exhausts....has it been done?
