Bro Joon, need ur help to clarify some technical probs. Is it normal for oil pressure to drop back when at around 6k after fixing oil cooler? M also very interested to learn from u how to sand n respray the prelude caliper like ur previous sets. :D

this one you'll have to ask joe.. coz i'm not running any oil cooler at the moment.. he's using the HKS full blown setup.. i can only give you an explanation from theory : when you add a restriction (i.e. like a heat exchanger) to a fluid system, you'll lose pressure.. how much will depend on the length of the lines to-and-from the exchanger, and the design of the exchanger itself.. in most cases the benefit from cooling the system far outweighs the slight loss in pressure.. you can discuss this with joe if you meet him

if you come down for DIY day i can show you how to sand the calipers.. i'll prob help ron out with his.. IMHO only prelude/EK9 calipers are worth sanding.. the smaller EK4/EG6 ones you can't really tell the difference.. it's alot of effort and it takes a few days to get the blood-ish iron smell out from your nose coz of the fine iron dust when you sand the caliper hahaha i really shld wear a mask or something

Hello Bro Joon,

Just to check if there is a electrical power point at your DIY location, I may be bringing my power drill to do some serious polishing for my rims.

Thanks & Best Regards

ahah there're 2 power outlets.. but you'll need to bring your own extension cord as i only have 1 set

you guys can wash your car.. but most likely my dad won't allow you to use the garden hose to spray.. so it'll be the ol bucket method
