car hesitates n noise

hi, recently i notice a low rumbling vibration noise around 60km/h whenever
i step on the gas. if i push it a little hard or let go, the noise will dissappear.
ussually happen more noticeable on slop its not vibrating feel but the noise under the hood or car.

And my car will drop in rpm when full throttle only to feel the power kicks in few secs later, then the car will surge forward.

What might cause these issues? thanks in advance

this one sounds chim... could it be throttle body?

I thought so too... i cleaned the throttle body btw... maf sensor u think??

plug in obdii reader and monitor ur sensor readings. see if u get any erratic signals. only at 60kmh or is it relative to rpm? 60 kmh at what gear and rpm. see if itmakes the same noise at same rpm and load but different gear. tht should help u isolate the prob

yeah its around 60km/h highest gear.... quite visible heard if climb slope..
contact cleaner can clean MAF ?
