Just go for Tien. Can't go wrong with that.

Cheaper go BC

or harder setup go for D2...

$1.4k... maybe go JB or KL to get the GAB or equivilant. At least new set.

Sgp... new set smelly smelly inclusive adjustments/camber etc SGD$1.6+++

If you tokking used set, as low as SGD$300 can get a set ba... but be prepared to replace/repair the shocks which could end up (if like Tien SGD$1,400 for the repairs & servicing)... others cheaper maybe $150 per rear shock, front a bit more... but pricing best to go to the supplier/service centre to ask... here all voodoo numbers one... you go verify ok? Yen value keep changing...

With a budget of $1.4K, D2 coilovers will be a better choice... the newer D2 coils are no longer hard.... They have softer spring rates... :) :)

API racing from BMS... Affordable and good. Even continental cars like GTI, Scirocco etc... are using it...
