Help! Tappet noise.

Hi. I'm driving a 2005 civic es 1.6m. My car is facing a tappet noise issue. Anyone has solution and rough cost to repair?

Cost = price of a Filler gage shim. as a gage, paper thickness = 0.004"
then DIY, measure wit the shim lor

You know the gap limit?
