your ordy owner's group folder should have discussion on this area. pls go there to join them and see if yours is a common problem.
What problem? care to describe?
KM can't identify the problem or can't solve your described problem?
prolly fellow ody owners can help you...

its a screeching sound when applying brakes. At first i thot its worn out pads but KM says its dirt/sand trapped in the brake and not wear n tear or a any defect. they clean it and its ok for a few days then the problem comes back. i didnt hv this problem with the Stream or Accord b4. Hv given up talking to them.
The problem solved but KM should at least took out yr brake pads and applied grease (high temp grease) at the back of brake pads (not on the pads amt'ls of course but the back of it where the brake pistons pushes the pads onto the brake discs).
For all you know when u replaced the pads, they applied the grease.
The grease is thick greyish color.
Anyway, it already changed. But hope u still had the pads that were removed.

Revived this old thread cos my odc also faced this same sound especially during morning. KM lengkee said is NORMAL due to dust generated from 4 disc brakes.tikili wrote:does your braking sound only occurs in the morning?
I have this braking sound as well, and it only in the morning. The brake pad is still 85%. In the end, i changed the brake pad. Now, no problem already.
During my 60k svc they just clean the brake and sound gone for few days and back again
