THERE'S A COW IN MY FD1

Hi guys, sorry not getting any response from the other thread so have to post here.

I'm new here.

For past 3 mths I keep hearing this sound like a cow 'mooing' whenever I just start up the engine or at times while stopping at traffic junction as well.
Then last week the air-con broke down all of a sudden. KM said the air-con discharge hose leaked out all the gas & a motor has to be changed as well.
All in cost around S$550 & the cool air is back again(wonder how peoples drive in the past without air-con in our tropical environment ), then on 2nd day the cow is back again also !. Now this time I tried to figure out the source & pinpoint it to the temperature control. Whenever it's turned down or then up the 'mooing' will start & the sound came from below the dashboard area.

Has anyone experienced this problem & what's the cause, plus the damage to have it solved ?. Any advice would be appreciated.

Leak? Mine BURST! spent 70 to replace it n top up gas. Cheers. KM your best honda agent.

As I mentioned, it cost me $140 for the hose & labour $45, how you got it repaired so cheap ??. Then there's also this cooling fan motor $245, labour $75.
