just buy a good 2nd hand speed sensor.. according to my friend there are
lots of them at ubi park..
faulty speed sensor causes CEL light on your guage which in turn affects the
performance of ur car/engine because if you have a CEL light VTEC does not kick-in..
just buy a 2nd hand one ok..

since your ride left 1 yr plus , may I suggest u buy a GPS instead. It comes with speed indicator and is accurate. Furthermore u can transfer the GPS to your new ride next year also. I am using a Garmin Nuvi 7 series GPS.lostsoulz wrote:Silver wrote:Speedo not working could be due to a faulty speed sensor...![]()

Hehe... I don't know how much a speedo cost, I just thought that a GPS can be reused in his new ride in 1 year time, but a speedo will end up in the scrap yard.Silver wrote:Buy GPS to replace faulty speedo??sghonda wrote:since your ride left 1 yr plus , may I suggest u buy a GPS instead. For me the GPS is a good investment as I MUST use it when I go Msia.... hehehe Without it, I might end up in Cambodia... hehe
