Approving 2nd hand Exhaust

Hi to all the Bros, I just bought an Mugen exos through a friend. Do any of you know how to go about going to do the approval or certificate for my Honda Odyssey?

1st u must have his Jasma cert. Then transfer the ownership at the dealer which I pressume is King Crimson for Mugen. After transfer paid and settled, go inspection and pay 1 more time. Then done..

What if I don't have his Jasma cert? Can I go directly for inspection?

No bro,

You need the Jasma cert to approve your exo.If you dun have that,it will not be approve.

So I presume that there is no way that I can get my Mugen exhaust for approval. Anyway, Thank you Bro for your help on this!.
