SO MANY TYPE R... WHICH IS WHICH??

Wat's the diameter for Type R INTAKE MANIFOLD?? Some tell me 64mm... also got ppl tell me 68-70mm... Which is accurate?? Making me so confused.. n when they say TYPE R TYPE R, which TYPE R does it refer to?? Got DC2 TYPE R, DC5 TYPE R & CIVIC TYPE R.. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE tell me n guide me. . . . :(
