hi robert,

most likely to be CSII =)
Can you advise why you chose CS-II? I also want to know so that when my contract ends, may change.

firstly, price. it is one of the most affordable PPS solution in the market. after discount for new cars or MCF discount etc, it costed me $280.

second, i went down to see on first hand account on their claim of the PPS. overall, i feel that it is good enough for me. i saw one white golf and a black civic. it is the black civic that caught my attention. you guys will prolly know how difficult it is for black cars to shine...well, they did it and i am impressed.

lastly, i wanted to know if it is really true that there are more xmm over there...hahaha...joking :P anyway, the above 2 pointers are good enough reason for me to go over. location-wise, it is rather close to where i am working now.

I know the thrill of a shiny black car - my previous CM5 was black and when it was groomed, it looked like a killer!

Hi All,
Just want to update on the rear booth light I did.
Managed to "tap" on the brake line. Changed the bulb holder to fit in brake light and park light.
Project done. :D

If you tap into the brake line, then the boot light will only come on when you press the brake? I don't understand.

Hi Robert,
My terms used may be wrong.
The light I am mentioning is not the internal booth light but the fake light on the booth exterior of our CPs.

Hi stingray751,

Nice job! This is the REAR FOG LIGHTS. KM does not fit any bulbs inside n it acts just like a reflector on all our cars.

It's time u show us how to do it. Did u use LED lights for the bulb inside? I am interested but would like to know what kind of bulbs u use to match the red color indensity with the current brake lights on both sides.

Thx!

stingray751,

I realise yr 3rd brake light is gone! Did u unplug that to connect to your fog lights as shown? Is this what u mean by your internal booth light?

Or did u really tap a parallel wire from the both brake lights on both sides? If so, what happen to your 3rd brake light?

Hmm.....

Sorry Bros,
The photos was taken sometime back. In that photo it was done only for the parking light. Thats why you don't see the third brake light.
I just recently upgraded by adding the brake light, but no photos yet
Its was diy, so cannot say thats its a good job.

nevertheless it is a good job well done!

side track...i went to Leng Kee KAH and saw at least 2 other CP. one white and one black. both should be CP1 with nice numbers as well.

white CP owner not in sight but the black CP owner is a lady.

was wondering if both CP owners are in this forum? black CP number is 9229 or something...it should be a retained car plate number.
