I traced back and it's
napier who started using "stocked speed" and "mod speed"! Guess "stocked speed" means slow-er and "mod speed" means not so slow. But that still does not answer the question.

I think let's say *10km/h as stock speed and *60 as mod speed. No comment further...up to HPVOC to decide....we will follow.
