Need advice for Honda HRV 2019 Model

Recently bought a Pre-owned Honda HRV 2019 model. Wanted to install android player but realized the stock radio could adjust the time on the dashboard. So if i were to change to android player could i still be able to change the dashboard time? Hopefully someone here could assist me in this or share with me.
