Gearbox problem?

Im driving 06 civic fd 2.0. The car just lost acceleration when the car in 3rd gear. So when i throttle in as if im in neutral. Have to slow down n wait for the car to engage in gear. Sometimes the vsa n exclamation light up. What should i do n which workshop i can go to rectify this problem? Tia
