Bought a 5 year old Odyssey RB3 to accommodate the family. First car was a COE civic EG8, then the ES5, the left Honda for a while, now I am back!
Wanted to share some things... first of all, experimented with the air intake, tried aFe dry type cone filter, 3.5 inch inlet, low end sipeh jialuct. Backside itchy got a 3 inch inlet (same filter), better low end yet still no good with full load. Now using back stock air box with Blitz Sus LM drop in filter, back to happiness.
For suspension, car was stock when I got her and I felt that the rear was too soft. Bilstein don't have (asked Tye Soon), so tried BC BR coilovers, also with hardrace front and rear camber kits, but didn't quite like it after driving with it for 2,000km. Now back to stock springs but using KYB New SR Special (blue colour shocks) which is just slight firmer than stock which means back to happiness.
Oh yea, original rims were 17 inch 225/55 (I think) and now on 18s with 245/45. FC is around 9-10km/l with 50-50 highway-city driving. Now bad for a big MPV actually.
Happy to be back to Honda!

Re: Happy to be back to Honda!
Hi there, this section of the forum has been rather silent and dormant for quite a while!
I previously had 2 different RB1s - from 2008 to 2010, and then 2011.
Just recently got an RB3 in excellent stock condition, and it's great to have an Odyssey again.
I guess I'll slowly be building up on the usual stuff:
- Rims, ICE, Brakes & Stability Stuff.
Hope to be able to get some pointers from you!
Cheers!

Re: Happy to be back to Honda!
Yeah, I got a stock Odyssey as well. Full service records at Kah so very obedient previous owner!
Brake pads, I tried looking for EBC but nothing compatible due to slight difference in shape so using Dixcel front and back. Heavy car lah.
Air filter using Blitz part number 59605 if you are looking. I wrote email to K&N, aFe all cannot do for RB3.
