Engine overhaul for jazz 1.3

Hi all gurus,intending to renew 09 jazz coe.can check if anyone knows when is the need to perform engine overhaul at what mileage?
Only renew 5 years.mileage standing at 186000.
Easily clock 20000km a year.
Reason if need to overhaul early to last the next 5 years to reap its benefits and cost as well.
