Black front grille

I have seen a few CivicX on the road with black front grille and the 2 strips below the headlights. Anyone know where to install or is it just spray paint or sticker over?

I have not seen the grille that you mentioned, but I really dig how the new car looks. I don't know whether all of the information on the page here is correct about the car though
