Mods/Admins - PM doesn't work

Hi Mods & Admins,
First, my sincere apologies for posting multiple similar messages under FC forum.
Only got to read funksoulbro message after making the multiple posting mistake, as I haven't been shc forum for awhile.
Second, the pm function doesn't work. All pm are stuck in the outbox.
