I am driving a Honda Accord Euro R CL7, a month ago heard vibration sound knocking sound like tac tac, when slowly release clutch that going to move from station mode, after moving to second gear if I press to give pickup no tac tac sound, if is low RPM the sound can hear, already check belt tensioner but no problem is found. Workshop suggest to do a 160K full servicing and recently I did 160K full servicing for replacement of belt, water pump, idle pulley, engine oil, gearbox oil and coolant.
I try apply brake and put first gear and slowly release clutch the sound is obvious and clear. I yet try unload and take out the main belt and do the same thing the sound is there too. Is not my clutch, clutch just replace full set at full servicing
Somebody told me is timing chain lose and tensioner lose control.
Any brothers Sister had this problem before, please share. Thanks

Me too...having it right now..still question mark for me...so far i change engine oil and it was back to tip top condiotion mode...but after 24hrs it starts again...

Hi, bro
this is a oil pump tensioner already faulty and my baby had already done up, all the fiber chain guard, timing chain and tensioner all replace to original parts. Only Timing Chain Tensioner I use Skunk 2 340050002 K Series to replace my original Tensioner, the rest all use original.
So far the problem solve.

Brother, K series engine must monitor and maintain engine oil level, all the right side timing chain, tensioner and chain guard need engine oil to operate, cannot less the 70% or else will spoil your fiber guard or tensioner and chain.
