Oddy jerking/vibrating when going slow 35-45km/h

Starting to experience jerking/vibrating effects whenever we drive slowly 35-45km/h on our 2011 Odyssey. Recently, theres even some low grinding sound coming from below the car when the jerking/vibrating are felt. Suspect it could be the transmission. Anyone with similar experience can clarify?

In 2015, it turned out that the ATF was dirty, which Kah motor did not provide further explanation even though car was low mileage.
In 2016, the problem returned but at above 90km/h. Turned out it's the drive shaft problem. After they replaced with new drive shafts, it was sorted.
