Dear Brothers,

My dear Oddy, RB1, which has served me well since 2006 is on it's last legs and I am thinking of replacing it with the latest Odyssey (RC1/RC2).
Was looking at the 8 seater models from KM and PI. The KM 8 seater is frankly not worth it so that leaves the Honda Odyssey 2.4 G-spec 8-Seater and the Honda Odyssey 2.4 Absolute 8-Seater.
Did a check at SG Carmart and noted the following:
1. The G-spec 8-Seater is slightly better specced than the Absolute 8-Seater;
2. The G-spec 8-Seater is cheaper than the Absolute 8-Seater; and
3. Only Auto Solutions sell the G-spec 8-Seater.

I would like to check with the most esteemed Oddy Gurus, if:
1. Is the G-spec 8-Seater is a better buy than the Absolute 8-Seater?
2. Is Auto Solutions a reputable PI?
3. Does Auto Solutions have their own mechanic?

I humbly seek the esteemed Oddy Guru's thoughts on this matter.

btw, where did you see the G-spec is better than Absolute model?
but one thing for sure is absolute costs more than G-spec..so it should have better spec rights?

Hi,
I was basing on the information at SG Carmart. Anyway, Absolute is better than G-Spec which happens to be the base model.
