FK massimo engine oil is it good?

Hi would like to seek some advises on FK massimo engine oil.
1)Is it a good brand engine oil for normal usage car?
2)5w30 or 5w40 is more advisable?
3) Is it one of the quite well known brand for used on Jdm car?
