power steering whining noise when cold

- bubbles in power steering fluid
- possibly overflow for steering fluid in catch tank

could be due to faulty o-ring $1 part...

hi guys,
my rb1 also having tis prob ,when cold is whinning sound is a bit loud but after that all is ok after is warmed up.

i check my power steering tank area thtere a bit of oil "spill" outside the tank area ... inside no bubbles ...

any1 have the solution? i need some advice before i go workshop..
