well, there is a search button...

From my measurement and confirmed results, stock 300mm brake with good pad, out-performed a lot of BBK, that was not well designed....

well tested on Sepang track, hit 178km/h, and brake @ 70m at turn 1 with stock 300mm caliper.
Pls dont ask me for wkshop, as I know none...I only know it is safer and faster to fix cars on my own.

. Ic what about stock cl7a brake kit? Good enough for leisure track? Tried at pg but did not push hard, seems decent with sbh

for leisure track days, budget not intending to invest a lot or else if not would have gotten for branded aftermarket bbk

Thanks..but I dont need luck. it works for our stock car. If one ever need brake upgrade for a stock cl7a beyond the 300mm on Sepang, he is driving wrongly. Well tested with telemetry and temperature readings..

To the thread starter if ur budget allows go for bbk. There is always a reason why companies come.out with after market parts. Just dun want u to spend money after u change to euro r brake.it n then regret and.feel not enough for track and.then later change to bbk. Dun do double job. We went thru the road tat y advise u. But finally u r the one make ur decision
....so bro u decide for ur own bah.

OK to answer to the thread starter question ...yes there will be a significant change if change to euro r brake kit with ssbh also change. Better than stock cl7a stock brakes. My point is since u intend to change brakes ...y not save a few hundred dollars more to after market brake kits with better braking ? A second hand euro r brake kit range $250-$400 on the market. Plus u change ssbh another $100 min. Plus labour $60 ...gives u maybe $500 to change it..if u change to bbk... I toking abt big four pot bbk cost frm $750 - $1k second hand bbk depends on.brand.like wilwood or.espec or jbt...save another $500 for a better brakes. I think is worth it ..but of cos different ppl got different budget for brakes system.

Yes teckie stock brakes can go sepang track or pg track 300m drag..
But depend on whether u wana brake earlier if u using stock brakes or later of u using bbk on track. And of cos u think stock brakes can last on track if continuously drive 3 to 5 rounds aggressively on sepang track? Even our fastest cl7a driver xianhong who clocked 2.48 timing if I nvr remember wrongly the timing say stock brake kit cannot make it on track.

Yes teckie stock brakes can be used on track if drive in relax.mode.not aggressive and maybe two.rounds ...but if like tat dun waste time on track. Singapore road or boleh land.road.will do.

firstly I want to say that I am not going for timing, well I feel it's safer to have fun on track than to play on normal roads, so I feel it's not right to say its a waste of time to play if you are not aggressive on track..each individual has its own way of enjoying themselves on track, if it budget permits why buy cl7a in the first place to play on track, so conclusion is I just want to have a safer brake kit than the stock cl7a brakes, that's all
