Help: Honda Jazz weird gearbox sound

Hi guys

Take note of the video at 8 and 25 seconds point, where you see the RPM drop and there is a grinding sound.

Basically, I get this grinding sound when I do light acceleration or low-speed cruising, which is pretty much the same thing that the guy in the video did. The grinding sound does not come on consistently, but only sometimes when I hit a certain sweet spot/power band.

Brought it to several workshops, but was unable to replicate the sound on the spot, or the mechanics never came across this issue before.
