Honda Odyssey RB1 With Error P2138

Need expert advise, I was driving my 08 RB1 and suddenly the CEL, VSA and the Alert Light come ON, the Car become limping and lost power.

After using an OBD-II Scanner to scan thje ECU, it give an Error Code of P2138. Did quick google and was told to be "P2138 HONDA - Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1/2 Incorrect Voltage"

Any bro know what does this mean and where can I get it resolved?

Bro. the workshop scan it should know whats wrong on this code??..can give a call to SKM -Ah heng, HP: 97837908...he is good in Honda car problem.
