Spacer questions

Any sifus here can advise is it ok to have a 3mm spacers on my front wheels and none on my rear wheels?
I suppose my front wheels will be flushed out 3mm more than my rear wheels.
Will handling be compromised?
Will it be better if i install 3mm spacers on my rear wheels too?
Driving a cl7r which is FWD by the way.
