Help needed :(

Hi all, when I make a turn without acceleration it could make almost no noise but with a turn and slight acceleration there will be a loud whining noise. Any one has any idea what's wrong ? And any recommanded workshop to fix it? I'm driving a cl7r. Any help could be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
