circular scratch mark on rotor after changing new brake pad

hi,
Need advice.
I have this circular scratch mark on my rotor (3 mths old) after changing into a new brake pad. It only happens on the left rotor, the right rotor is ok. Should i be concerned? or the workshop did not do the installation properly.

got foriegn object wedged inbetween pad and disc, have it pad removed and checked out, might be faulty pad , stone stuck or metal

I agree with Bro Jellyfish. Something might be stuck there or there is a problem with the pad. Might wanna get it checked soon. the line on you disc looks quite deep man...

its not too deep yet, i`ll say its still good to go, if its giving you the jitters then you might wanna have the rotors machined, but that will make your rotors thinner and add to the cost, luckily you are one of those owner who do periodic chacks on the items you just installed. good for you brudder, drive safe.

went back to the workshop today and mechanics explain that sometimes it happen to new brake pad. but did not skim the rotor as it has to skim all front rotor and the pad too.
so monitor first to make sure there is no vibration at >120km/h.

vibration when applying brakes is due to warped disc, vibration duting a set speed is a out of balanced wheel
nothing to do with the pads

is it possible that the wheel is out of balanced after the changing of brake pad process? Coz now my steering wheel is steering to the left, which i do not have this problem before the brake pad change. Or i am having a different problem now.
