Anyone encounter any throttle controller problems?

Hi bros/sistas
I was wondering if any of u encountered any problem after installing a throttle controller. I installed mine a violence sp9 TC and for 2 weeks now my engine light will turn on every 5 days or so. Did the TC at sung beng ( ya i know the place already one headache) and for 2 weeks had to go back to recheck. Any of you hving the same prob? Headache liao.. Everytime happens throttle no power. Max speed 50km/h..
