Hi bro,
I'm currently using re001 225/45/17. Overall quite good tires, but not suitable for extreme wet cornering. I just check 2 weeks ago with one of the tires shop in woodlands selling 1 pcs $250 and price cant nego any more. Not sure other place can get cheaper price anot.

Thanks a lot. Mind to give me the name of the shop? I've been searching but they're either overprice or no stock. Zzzzz

Their branch in woodlands just close down, moving to somewhere else. They have another branch at Serangoon. Price should be the same, not sure. Best is to call and ask.

Yeah bridgestone has phased out re001. I have changed to re002. Very good tyre. No matter if it's wet condition or dry condition. Gripping is good too.

Bro,
your RE002 made in japan or thailand? I was told by one of the tires shop, RE002 only from thailand.

dry grip good, wet never dare try.
but side wall abit bulging (curved). the only thing i dont like abit the tyre.
now BS got offer, buy 4 tires give $40 SPC vouchers.
my 205/55/16 $185.

no choice nowadays.
coys looking for top & bottom lines.
my prev last 2 sets of tires were eaglef1, both sets also made in thailand.
i went with re002 cos:
1. nver had bs before.
2. abit tired of same v-grooves f1 past 5 yrs, but honestly i like'em.

will definitely consider f1 after my re002.
f1 traction rating AA, while re002 is A.
somehow it does have a pyschological effect. hee.
