Engine/car vibrates at 2500rpm

Hi all,
I'm driving a CL7R, my engine/vibrates quite badly when rpm hits around 2500rpm and goes on until 3000rpm before it stops. This is especially badly when using gear 4-6. It's so bad that rear passengers commented it's like sitting on a massage chair and rattling sounds from plastic parts can be heard very loudly. My current mileage is 100K and I had recently did my servicing and changed the belts. Engine on the whole feels rough. Pls advise. Many thanks.
