How does my spark plug look? Can still use?

I'm pretty excited, cos i decided to attempt to change my own spark plugs for my Civic Hybrid. Bought a $10 spark plug tool on ebay, bought another tool set from mustafa, and i'm ready to go!

I need advise from the experts here, I took out one of my spark plugs to take picture. Can anyone tell me the state of my spark plug, and whether it needs changing? This set is has been used for either 30k, 40k or 90k already. (2nd hand car, so i'm not sure how old the spark plugs are.) Pics below:

As you can see from the last pic, the ground electrode has already receded at the side, making it look like it "chipped" off the electrode.

According to some websites, i'm supposed to see the spark plug in light tan colour, but mine is not tan leh.. is this considered white/oxidized?

Do take note that FD3 plugs are special... Not something you can get off the shelf from shops outside... Full set from KM costs $300+ to change to... And it can last 100K km as stated by KM.. Mine oready 80K+ and still firing well.. :) :) :)

Most ppl on CivicFD forum are using Denso IKH20 for their FD3s.. costs only $120 for 8 pcs at mxtrading. thinking of changing to that too..

yar.. can also counter check in denso website. Their catalogue shows IKH20 as one of the replacement options for civic hybrid. =)
