your insulators are gone. replace them. around SGD$20 a piece. but labour is extra as got to tia the suspension from your body to install.

try OSK at AMK Autopoint2 off AMK ave 5. opposite Kenny's Alignment... level 4.

The done mine before. quite good.

That's WHY la... must drive FAST... hahaha...

same thing la... the leather or whatever material sound insulation washer is worn out... it is where the spring or suspension contact the car body... so when you drive slow and go over things or slope like mscp, it will move a bit... because it's metal to metal now on account of the worn out bushing(s) you will hear the squeaking sound as the suspensions move as your car negotiates slow torsion turns or humps.

drive fast? actually still making noise la... except your engine and exhaust noise is louder than the squeaks...

did you tell them that your suspension is squeaky? or what exactly did you tell them?

my set of coils had such things as leather washers/spacer to isolate the squeaking...

my Turtle is the ES5...

ok. keep going back to them to see if they can help idenify and eliminate the noise problem.

this is not a unque case, many cases, in fact most cases, the squeeks will take a while to identify and rectify. it takes time and patience. sometimes money ... mostly just tighten or loosen ...

its the zeroing in on the source that is the headache...

have fun hunting ...

haha... my Turtle...

squeaks, rattles, shakes, vibrates, when rain, sounds like a jack hammer is going on in the cabin... step brakes squeaks like hell, driving with windows down can hear more metalic noises ...

but I love the sounds... all of it... tells me that Turtle's ALIVE.....
