Help please : Stream RSZ problem

Hi all,
im driving a 07 stream rsz and have a problem that is driving me crazy.
everyday when i startup my car there is a weird noise coming from the front.
and when i drive off there is a dragging sound.
sounds like tires dragging but i have done a check on the tires
nothing wrong with the tires. Neither the brakes
this always happened when i stopped the car for reasonable amount of time and drive off.
the sound is most noticeable in the mornings or when i park the car for a longer period of time.
anyone encountered this problem before?
please help.....
