Front is the same, the rear for eg is ball joint type ek is fork type. Need to change the rear lower arm to fix it in. Can find them at cut shop at low price or buy after market one to change.

I was quite confused earlier and found there are 3 varieties when I change my LCA and Coil-over fork.

Ball joint - DC & some EG
Fork wide - some EG (For BC coil-overs the difference between the EG and EK is just the width of the fork)
Fork narrow - EK

ball joint is also for EF9 but for other non SiR EFs suspension is same as EG ;)

Hi bros,

Its for the EG fork type. Used about a year, bought brand new.
Do PM me if interested.

A related topic - can I ask if the rear coilovers and strut brace for EG sedan will also fit EG hatch?

New Qn for Will, I could prob just call you but for public benefit -

So by extension, EE/EF fork type suspension will fit EK as well, just with the same fork spacing issue at the rear?

Thinking about transferring my CRX's coilovers to a future EK hatch

EE/EF must ask grandpa vtec. If I remember correctly, its ball type for the rear.
EK is fork type.

As I posted on another thread, I found BC coilovers way too stiff for my ES5. I've also heard similar feedback from others. Go for Teins, I think you won't regret it.
